Planning estimates only

BuildPlot provides planning estimates and layout assistance. Actual installation requirements depend on framing, product specifications, local building codes, fire-rated assemblies, site conditions and manufacturer instructions. You are responsible for verifying measurements, specifications, quantities, pack sizes and construction decisions.

No warranty

The service is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Layout and material results can differ from site requirements due to measurement error, cutting methods, breakage, compaction, drainage and other conditions the tool cannot observe.

Acceptable use

You may use and export plans for personal or commercial project planning. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or misrepresent an estimate as an engineered drawing, fire-rated assembly design or regulatory approval.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service owner is not liable for losses arising from reliance on estimates, purchased quantities, construction choices or unavailable service. If these terms are not acceptable, do not use the tool.
